Muskogee Man Hospitalized after Crash


A Muskogee man was listed in stable condition following a crash at about 4:18 a.m. Monday.

Matthew Neville, 25, was transported to Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith where he was admitted with head and internal trunk injuries.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) reported the crash was on U.S. Highway 64 at State Highway 141, about two miles north of Gans. The OHP reported Neville was driving a 2002 GMC Yukon west on U.S. Highway 64 when he ran off the road to the left, striking an embankment and a tree before coming to a stop.

The OHP reported the cause of the crash was intoxication.
