Iron Mountain Festival Is Saturday

Roland’s Iron Mountain Festival will be held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday in the Roland High School parking lot. A burnout will be held at 2 p.m.

The Mix 105.1 will also be at the festival broadcasting live.

The festival also includes a community garage sale, with booths for rent for $10, a car show, crafts such as cedar furniture, knives, and jewelry, train rides, food vendors, inflatables and games and a photo booth.

The Roland Area Chamber will be doing a Jail and Bail to help raise money for the Roland Pool. Have your boss, best friend, spouse, etc., arrested and put in the outdoor jail. The amount paid to have relatives, friends, the boss, etc., jailed is how much they will have to raise to get out! The Roland pool is in need of some updates and repairs, and all funds raised at the Jail and Bail will go to the pool.

Firstar Bank and National Bank are the festival sponsors and the Roland Area Chamber of Commerce is the host.

For information contact Dave Richards at 918-427-7474 or Stacy Day at 918-427-5551.
