Three Arrested for Forgery

 Armour

 Stich

Harden

Sallisaw Police Chief Terry Franklin announced Wednesday that three suspects have been arrested and booked on forgery and drug-related charges.

The suspects are Eugene Stich, 62, Jacquelyn Armour, 27, and James Harden, 33. They all face charges of second-degree forgery, possession of a controlled, dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Franklin reported, “The Sallisaw Police Department received multiple reports from businesses and residents that they have received counterfeit money over the past few weeks.”

An investigation by Sallisaw police resulted in a search warrant served Friday that resulted in the seizure of multiple items used in manufacturing counterfeit money, including a laptop computer, printer-copier, and bundles of paper. Also seized was counterfeit money that had been printed prior to the arrival of the officers with the search warrant.
