Byrd was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith where she was listed in stable condition with internal trunk and leg injuries. A 6-year-old girl who was a passenger in the van was transported to Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, where she was treated for head and external trunk injuries and released.
